Through the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences, you will help ensure that people are equipped to deliver high-quality services and support positive outcomes for children and young people.

Working collaboratively with colleagues from across CHS, you will identify learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and deliver learning programmes that support organisational priorities and continuous improvement. You will create inclusive and accessible learning environments that encourage participation, promote best practice, and enable individuals to reach their full potential.

A key aspect of the role will be ensuring that learning is informed by the experiences and perspectives of children and young people, as well as those who support them, helping to embed a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
