Meet the Highland, Moray & Eilean Siar Area Support Team (AST)

Where hearings take place

Hearings can be held online or in-person, you will be notified of this when allocated a hearing by the Resource Allocation Team. 

There are four hearing centres in Highland, Moray & Eilean Siar:

Elgin Hearing Centre, Phoenix House, 1 Wards Road, IV30 1QL

Inverness Hearing Centre, 6 Castle Wynd, IV2 3EB

Stornoway Hearing Centre, Unit 9, James Square, HS1 2QN

Thurso Hearing Centre, 23 Swanson Street, KW14 8AP

When hearings take place

As a volunteer Panel Member, you are required to attend two sessions per month. You can keep CHS up to date with your availability.

Caithness: 1pm on Wednesdays

Eilean Siar: 10am on Tuesdays; 2pm on Wednesdays

Inverness, Badenoch and Strathspey: 9.30am all week; 1.30pm on Wednesdays; 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Moray: 9.30am on Wednesdays; 1.30pm on Tuesdays; 2pm on Thursdays
