Where hearings take place

Hearings can be held online or in-person, you will be notified of this when allocated a hearing by the Resource Allocation Team. 

There are six hearing centres in Lanarkshire & Dumfries and Galloway:

Bellshill Hearing Centre, 70 North Road, ML4 1EN

Cumbernauld Hearing Centre, 2nd Floor, Carron House Town Centre, G67 1ER

Dumfries Hearing Centre, 99 George Street, DG1 1EA

Hamilton Hearing Centre, Hamilton House, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Park, ML3 0QA

Lanark Hearing Centre, South Lanarkshire Council Offices, South Vennel, ML11 7JT

Stranraer Hearing Centre, 10 Market Street, DG9 7RF

When hearings take place

As a volunteer Panel Member, you are required to attend two sessions per month. You can keep CHS up to date with your availability.

Dumfries & Galloway: 9.30am all week; 9.45am on Thursdays; 10am on Mondays; 2pm on Tuesdays

North Lanarkshire: 9.30am on Tuesdays; 10am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 1.30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays; 2pm on Tuesdays

South Lanarkshire: 10am Mondays through to Thursdays; 10.30am on Wednesdays; 1.30pm Mondays through to Thursdays
