This page will help you with the application form process, please read before you start.
1. Create an account
You'll be asked to create an account with us first. This will give you access to our Volunteer Portal and will allow you to save and come back to your application.
All Panel Member application forms are stored on a secure Scottish Government website known as the Public Hub. You'll be asked to create an account here before you begin.

2. Email activation
Next, you'll receive an email to activate your account.
Once you've signed up, we'll send you an email asking you to activate your account, the email will provide your username and link to activate your account. Please activate with the password you used to register to log in.
Please note - You have to activate your account to get started. The email will have been sent to your personal account, please check your junk folder as it may have gone there.
3. Fill out the form
Now that you've activated your account, you'll be able to start filling in the application form.
