Your feedback matters

Feedback is important to us because it helps us to learn as an organisation. It helps us support our panel members and to improve what we do. We want to hear about your experiences with us, good or bad.

Children’s Hearings Scotland recruits, trains and supports the volunteer children’s panel community. Share your views about the panel with us.

Children’s Hearings are legal tribunals. We cannot do anything about decisions they make. That is because here is a right of appeal for relevant persons.

If you want to tell us about your experience as a parent or carer attending a hearing, please click the Give us feedback button below. Please do not tell us any sensitive information about children or your family.

Any details you choose to share with us will be held securely and will only be used for analysis purposes to help us improve our services for children and young people. Any personal details you provide so that we can respond to your feedback will be held securely and in line with our privacy statement.
