Holiday office closure
The Children’s Hearings Scotland (CHS) office will be closed from close of business Tuesday 22nd December until 9 am on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
There will be no cover in place on the following bank holidays:
- Friday 25th December
- Monday 28th December
- Friday 1st January
- Monday 4th January
A skeleton cover will be in place for CHS digital or hearing emergencies between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm on:
- Wednesday 23rd December
- Thursday 24th December (AM only)
- Tuesday 29th December
- Wednesday 30th December
- Thursday 31st December (AM only)

Objective Connect
Support coverage is Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm (excluding 25th and 28th December and 1st January)
Between Christmas and New Year (29th, 30th, 31st) the team run a skeleton crew so it’s important that any issues get logged through the correct process via the OSI portal so they can be picked up as soon as possible.
