Robert Lindsay Dorrian is a qualified legal professional, bringing expertise in legislation and decision-making to support Board responsibilities. Robert has contributed to national initiatives improving the outcomes for care-experienced infants, children and young people.

Being care-experienced himself and a former Panel Member, Robert felt determined to contribute to the Independent Care Review and the Promise. What matters to Robert is emphasising the importance of dignity, fairness and opportunity to the lives of children.
