Being a Panel Member in North Lanarkshire

As part of your role as a Panel Member in North Lanarkshire you will be expected to commit to sit on two children's hearings per month and also to attend 60% of learning and development opportunities per year.

Peer Support supports new recruits through their initial training and are available for help and advice for your first few hearings. We are delighted to support you.

Hearings schedule

Bellshill 1: Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday morning and afternoon.

Cumbernauld: Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday morning.

Virtual: Tuesday morning and afternoon, Friday morning.
