Produced for panel members, this document explains issues of law, procedure and practice at a children’s hearing.

The manual has been prepared in support of the National Convener’s advice to hearings function and explains issues of law, procedure and practice at a children’s hearing. It is intended for use by panel members whilst they are preparing for hearings and for reference within the hearing if required. The document contains a number of different sections:
