Elliot JacksonDepute Chief ExecutiveAs Depute Chief Executive, Elliot works with and supports the Chief Executive/National Convener and the CHS Board in developing and implementing the Corporate and Business Plans, governance arrangements, financial strategy and workforce and volunteer planning. Before joining CHS, he held the post of Head of Planning and Strategy at the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) for nine years. Before that, he spent a year as Planning and Performance Manager in SCRA’s East Region. Prior to joining SCRA Elliot held a number of posts in the public sector, including at the City of Edinburgh Council and the Lothian Valuation Joint Board, which all primarily focused on organisational improvement and change. Between 2000 and 2004, Elliot spent four years as a Children’s Panel member in Edinburgh.
